The one and only place to be this New Year’s Eve is the magnificent Merchant Adventurers’ Hall, built in 1357. As we transform the world’s finest medieval guild hall into Yorkshire’s grandest party. Last year’s event sold out well in advance with 130 people on the waiting list, so book early to secure your spot! 7pm - Arrive to a roaring open fire and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine as you move through to the undercroft for the pre dinner reception and entertainment. 8pm – We will head upstairs to take our seats at the banqueting table in the majestic candle lit Great Hall for a wonderful 3 course feast. 9.45pm – Get ready to party, our band will be warming up. Stay chatting with friends at the dining table or move downstairs for a tipple. 10pm - The band kicks off in grand style and our Love Cheese all night grazing table opens. 11.45pm – As we approach Midnight, prepare for our Master of Ceremonies and band to count us down to 12 o’clock. Midnight – Say cheers to 2025 with a rousing rendition of 'auld lang syne' as we start the final musical set of the night! 1am – The evening will draw to a close.
