Movers and Me Yoga

Calling all adults- dads, mums, grannies, aunties who look after little ones- movers and me is a class for you and them! Discount for childminders! This class is for toddlers, babies, small humans and their grown ups. We do about 15 minutes of yoga together, 15 minutes of yoga for adults and 15 minutes of yoga for little ones. In this class we -learn about the different parts of our bodies – practice using breathing with play – seasonal themes – mindfulness for kids and adults – move our bodies challenging our balance and proprioception – move to music – move to nursery rhymes and sing – rest, rest, rest please message me with any questions. Passes are £45 for 5 classes or £75 for 10.
